Driver & Track Personnel Meeting

The Event Steward shall gather all Drivers and Track Personnel, including the Timer, Spotters, Lap Counters, and Course Marshals, for a pre-race meeting to review event procedures, including:

1. Confirm that all drivers are registered and all vehicles have been inspected.
2. Explain the roles and responsibilities of the Timer, Spotters, Lap Counters, and Course Marshals.
3. Explain the meaning and use of the flags.
4. Review the starting procedure.
5. Review any special course instructions.
6. Answer questions from drivers and track personnel.
7. Instruct drivers when to bring their vehicles to the Starting Grid.
