Liability insurance covering the Electrathon race is required for sanctioning. Insurance may be purchased through Electrathon America or secured independently by the host or promoter.
When insurance is secured independently, it must meet the minimum requirements specified in the Insurance section of this Rulebook. The host must provide Electrathon America with proof of adequate insurance before the event to maintain sanctioned status.
