Updated forms distributed to members

Electrathon America Secretary distributed updated forms to the registered membership email distribution. This included the "Event Sanction request" and "Membership Registration & Renewal". These forms (or an updated revision) will replace the on-line versions by end of September 2017. That is, until our new web-site is on-line.
